Ingredientes

  • 1,5 Kg das carnes que sobraram do churrasco cortados em cubos pequenos
  • 2 Xícaras de arroz parbolizado
  • 1 Cebola grande
  • 3 Dentes de alho picados
  • 3 Folhas de louro
  • Salsa picada a gosto
  • Queijo parmesão ralado
  • 2 Ovos duros picados
  • 3 Colheres de sopa de óleo de canola
  • 2 Colheres de sopa de extrato de tomate
  • Sal e pimenta a gosto
  • 6 Xícaras de água fervida

Modo de Preparo

Corte a carne do churrasco em cubos pequenos e reserve.

Corte a cebola em cubos pequenos.

Pique o alho

Aqueça bem a panela de ferro ou a que você tiver em casa. Jogue a cebola, depois o alho e deixe dourar.

Em seguida, jogue as carnes, misture os ingredientes e deixe também a carne dourar.

Coloque as 2 xícaras de arroz e misture todos os ingredientes antes de colocar a água fervida.

Coloque as 3 folhas de louro e as 2 colheres de sopa de extrato de tomate. Misture.

Abaixe o fogo e deixe os ingredientes cozinhando por 10 minutos antes de colocar a água.

Coloque a água, abaixe o fogo e acompanhe para não secar.

Quando o arroz estiver no ponto, servir.

Sirva com salsinha picada, ovo picado, queijo parmesão ralado e pimenta a gosto.
