Sobre a dica

Ingredientes

  • 2 kg de batata inglesa;
  • 50g de kümmel (semente de cominho);
  • 2 cebolas;
  • 100g de bacon;
  • ½ maço de cebolinha;
  • ½ maço de salsinha;
  • Sal, pimenta-do-reino, páprica doce a gosto;
  • 100 ml de óleo de girassol;
  • 100g de manteiga

Modo de Preparo

Cozinhar a batata inteira com o Kümmel até que fique macio. Descascar e corta em cubos maiores.

Descascar e lavar a cebola e cortar em cubos maiores também. Cortar o bacon em fatias pequenas. Cortar as ervas frescas.

Aquecer uma chapa (pode ser feito numa frigideira também), acrescentar o óleo e começa a fritar as batatas sem mexer muito, se não pode virar purê!

Quando começam a dourar misturar lentamente a cebola, o bacon e metade da manteiga. Continuar refogando em fogo baixo até dourar mais.

Temperar ao gosto com os temperos e coloque o restante de manteiga.
Antes de servir, acrescente as ervas frescas.
