Carne

  • 6 bifes ancho de 200 g cada
  • 3 colheres (sopa) de pimenta-do-reino quebrada

  • 100 ml de conhaque
  • Sal grosso a gosto

 

Acompanhamento

  • 1 Maço de aspargos
  • 1 Colher (sopa) de manteiga
  • Sal e pimenta a gosto

Modo de Preparo

Carne
Em uma tigela pequena, misture a manteiga, o conhaque e as pimentas.

Besunte os bifes e salpique o sal grosso.

Coloque os bifes na grelha da churrasqueira e asse devagar até ficar no ponto desejado.

 

Acompanhamento
Besunte os aspargos com a manteiga, polvilhe o sal e a pimenta.

Coloque na mesma grelha da carne e deixe dourar.
