Carne

  • 2 Bifes paris (coxão mole)
  • 1 Cebola fatiada
  • 2 Colheres (de sopa) de manteiga
  • 2 Xícaras de arroz cozido
  • 2 Xícaras de feijão cozido e temperado
  • 1 Fio de óleo de girassol
  • 1 Ramo de tomilho
  • Sal
  • Pimenta do reino

Farofa

  • 1 Cebola picada
  • 1 Xícara de farinha de mandioca
  • 2 Colheres (de chá) de manteiga

Couve

  • 1 Fio de óleo de girassol
  • 1 Colher (de café) de alho picado
  • 1 Xícara de couve manteiga fatiada

Modo de Preparo

Tempere os bifes com sal e pimenta.

Grelhe os bifes em uma frigideira com um fio de óleo e uma colher de manteiga, doure dos dois lados, retire da frigideira e reserve em um prato.

Adicione uma colher de manteiga, a cebola, um ramo de tomilho e deixe murchar.

Em uma frigideira, coloque a manteiga e refogue a cebola picada, adicione a farinha e mexa até dourar, acerte o sal e a pimenta, reserve.

Em uma frigideira com um fio de óleo doure o alho, adicione a couve, deixe murchar, acerte o sal.

Em um recipiente para marmita, disponha o arroz, a farofa e a couve e o feijão.

Finalize com um bife acebolado por cima.
