Ingredientes

Carne

  • 2 Steak virgínia (fraldinha)
  • 2 Xícaras de arroz cozido
  • 1 Punhado de salsinha picada
  • 1 Fio de azeite de oliva
  • Sal
  • Pimenta-do-reino

 

Molho

  • 1 e 1/2 Xícara de creme de leite fresco
  • 3 Colheres de sopa de mostarda de dijon ou molho de mostarda comum

 

Batatas

  • 1 Dente de alho
  • Ramos de alecrim
  • Óleo de girassol
  • Sal
  • Pimenta-do-reino
  • 1 Colher (de sobremesa) de manteiga

Modo de Preparo

Tempere o steak com sal e pimenta, logo após grelhe em uma frigideira quente com um fio de azeite e doure por todos os lados, reserve.

Na mesma frigideira, coloque o creme de leite e a mostarda, deixe ferver por alguns instantes até engrossar, acerte o sal (se necessário) e reserve.

Corte as batatas ao meio e cozinhe até que fiquem “al dente”, escorra e, em uma frigideira com um fio de óleo e uma colher de manteiga, doure as batatinhas. Coloque o alho, o alecrim, sal e pimenta-do-reino.

Em um recipiente para marmita disponha as batatinhas, o arroz com salsinha por cima e o steak coberto com molho de mostarda.
