Ingredientes

  • 1 Xícara de fraldinha cortada em cubos
  • 1 Xícara de tomate cereja cortado ao meio
  • 1 Xícara de abobrinha em cubos
  • 1 Xícara de abóbora cabotiá/kabotchan (abóbora japonesa) em cubos
  • 1 Xícara de rodelas de palmito
  • 1 Xícara de cubos de queijo coalho
  • Flores para decorar
  • Sal grosso
  • Azeite

Modo de Preparo

Espete a carne em um espeto pequeno de madeira (tipo para churrasco) e intercale com os legumes, o queijo e finalize com mais carne.

Pincele com um pouco de azeite e tempere com sal grosso.

Coloque os espetos sobre a brasa e deixe até dourar por todos os lados.

Decore com flores comestíveis.

 

Dica: Use sempre legumes que tenham o tempo de cozimento parecido. Assim o mini-xixo cozinha de forma mais uniforme.
