Ingredientes

  • 2 Kg de miolo de paleta bovina
  • 2 Taças de vinho
  • 250g De cebola em cubos
  • 2 Cabeças de alho picadas
  • 2 Talos de alho poró picados em cubos pequenos
  • 2 Pimentões vermelhos picados em cubos pequenos
  • 2 Folhas de louro
  • 100 ml De extrato de tomate
  • Sal
  • Pimenta do reino
  • Cominho moído
  • 200 ml De óleo vegetal
  • 6 Batatas pequenas

Modo de Preparo

Tempere o corte de paleta com sal, pimenta do reino e cominho.

Em um panela de ferro quente, sele bem a carne. Refogue o alho picado para depois juntar a cebola, o alho poró e o pimentão.

Continue mexendo e virando a carne. Tampe a panela.

Junte o extrato de tomate. Deglaceie tudo com vinho e complete com água. Acerte o sal, tampe com papel alumínio e leve ao forno aquecido a 160 °C por 2 a 3 horas.

Na última hora de cozimento, coloque algumas batatas descascadas para cozinhar junto com a carne.
