Ingredientes

Ingredientes para a farofa

  • 400g De farinha de mandioca biju
  • 1 Colher de chá de alho amassado
  • 1 Colher de sopa de manteiga
  • 2 Colheres de sopa de óleo de bacon

 

Ingredientes para o óleo de bacon

  • 1 Copo de óleo de girassol
  • 50g De bacon

Modo de Preparo

Modo de preparo do óleo

Levar ao fogo bem baixo o óleo e o bacon por 40 minutos. O óleo deve atingir, no máximo, a temperatura de 160 graus Celsius.

Retirar do fogo e reservar.

 

Modo de preparo da farofa

Em uma frigideira, colocar a manteiga e o alho e refogar em fogo baixo.

Quando o alho estiver levemente dourado, acrescentar a farinha.

Misturar e mexer sem parar, para que fique crocante sem queimar a farinha.

Colocar óleo de bacon, mexer e retirar do fogo imediatamente.

Temperar com sal e pimenta a gosto.

Transferir para outro recipiente frio para não queimar.

Servir.
