Ingredientes

Carne

  • 220g de Coxão mole espiral
  • 6 Colheres (de sopa de requeijão)
  • 100g de Queijo prato ralado
  • Sal
  • Pimenta-do-reino
  • 2 mini-baguetes

 

Para o molho de tomate

  • Óleo de girassol
  • 2 Colheres (de chá) de alho picado
  • 2 Latas de tomate pelado
  • 1 Colher (de café) de páprica doce
  • 1 Colher (de café de páprica picante)
  • 1 Colher (de café) de açúcar
  • 1 Colher (de chá de sal)
  • Folhas de manjericão

Modo de Preparo

Em uma panela, com um fio de óleo, doure o alho, acrescente o tomate pelado, a páprica doce, páprica picante, o sal e o açúcar e as folhas de manjericão, deixe cozinhar por 20 minutos em fogo baixo, reserve.

Tempere a carne com sal e pimenta-do-reino e doure em uma frigideira bem quente com um fio de óleo, reserve.

Corte o pão ao meio e doure o lado de dentro em uma grelha, espalhe o requeijão, disponha a carne, o molho por cima e o queijo.

Coloque no forno para gratinar o queijo ou use um grill.
